America’s drug czar discussed drug testing in schools yesterday, referring to the fact that it could come to be mandatory and “responsible behavior” in the same way that some US schools routinely test all pupils for tuberculosis before admission.

So if you test positive I’m assuming you would then be not allowed to attend public school until you test clean? Or perhaps they force you into reprogramming?
